Citizens of 40 countries can travel to the USA without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) for stays of up to 90 days. Travelers must apply for ESTA approval before departure. Eligible countries include the UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and most of Western Europe.
