At LGA Terminal B, many for-hire pickups are routed into the parking garage pickup area, not the terminal-front curb. If your chauffeur says “garage pickup,” follow signs for Terminal B Parking / Pickup, and don’t wait at arrivals curb.

Terminal B is a signage airport. If you’re not reading signs, you’re guessing ~ and guessing is what creates loops.
